Transmission #004

This starving, weak, and tired thing better stop soon, or I dont know what I'm gonna do. All the little tips and tricks people have given me have failed. "drink alot of water". Still hungry, less thirsty. "Chew gum". Jaw hurts, still hungry. "Go for a walk". Can't yet. Ill be vollunteering for Arizona Bridge for Independent Living as soon as I can, but it may be awhile, so what do I do until then? Sit in front of the computer and just be hungry? A man can only read for so long.

  1. Here is a tip....one i know works. Think of the things you would rather be doing, but can't because you are too big. Now...think about how great it will feel when you are able to go do all those things.

  2. Hey Chris, I used to work with Marcus at Monster. Hang tough and I look forward to watching your progress. Things that are worth having are not easy. Listen to the Docs and people at Nutrisystem. You WILL do this, and you must. Small victories are what this is all about. Don't aim too high, and embrace what works for you. Peace.

  3. Your body is still adapting to the lesser caloric intake. I went through it a while ago too when I decided to stop overeating. I promise it does go away eventually.

  4. Everyone is correct, just keep going, your body will adjust. In the meantime, keep writing, pick up an instrument, call me...I'll bring a guitar and we can make some random noise, it all helps. Being hungry and tired can serve as motivation to do great things.
